When schools closed during the pandemic, instead of pausing, her journey soared—she enrolled in music school, where her talent was quickly recognized. At just eight years old, she recorded her first single, “Dream Big,” which paved the way for a nine-track studio album and collaborations with notable musicians. Her music doesn’t stop at entertainment; it tackles real-world issues like climate change and plastic pollution, giving children around the world a rhythm to rally behind.

Through her organization, Young Warriors Club Kenya, Shanariha educates youth on sustainability and environmental action. From running climate literacy programs across dozens of schools to removing tons of plastic waste and planting hundreds of thousands of mangroves, her activism is as impactful as her music. Shanariha’s voice now echoes across international platforms. Her accolades include multiple national and global recognitions such as the Global Music Award, East Africa Music Award, and the International Green Note Award.
