This Ten-Year-Old Yoga Prodigy Is ‘British Indian Of The Year’ | Ishwar Sharma

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

 — The Bhagavad Gita

God has given everyone a gift with unique talents; few of us can identify at the right time & right age. A very few people have this skillset with this mystical talent since their childhood. Although Ishwar Sharma has struggled from birth with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), he was never able to sit still and self-control his body initially. But since practicing Yoga, he has found inner peace and calmness inside his mind and soul. And this 10-year-old yoga prodigy is now a master in Yoga and also inspiring millions to do it.

He always challenges himself to practice different yoga postures to boost his skills in the art of Yoga.
