Sheilah Charles The Little Girl With God-Gifted Art Skills

Sheilah Charles an 11-year old girl who is known worldwide because of her excellent art skills.

She says, “I don’t know actually why I draw, but it’s just God-given. It’s something in me.”

Along with her art, She is also a model and a designer. She has also designed for the president of Kenya, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. At such a young age, the little girl, Sheilah, has already achieved lots of awards and fame.

How Sheilah Discovered Her Talent?

Sheilah’s full name is Sheilah Sheldone Charles. She is a student of Light International School, Mombasa – Kenya. According to Sheilah,s website, she is a great painter, a poet, a model, a singer, a budding actress, and a designer. Sheilah discovered her talent at the age of five years. Now, she uses her art to help her family financially and to educate other children like her. The child prodigy, Sheilah, has met notable personalities through her painting skills.

Besides her art talent, Sheilah Charles is also the Brand Ambassador for Skyward Express, Bonfire Adventures, and The Rubs Spa and Barber. Millions of people worldwide know her through her talent. She has more than 120K followers on Instagram.

Works and Achievements of The Child Prodigy | Sheilah Charles

In 2018, the child artist Sheilah was invited by Tese Foundation in California for a fundraising drive where she donated one of her paintings. Sheilah visited various schools while she was in USA, teaching young children how to draw and paint. She received the award of “Youngest Lioness 2018” from the Tese Foundation. She met the President of the Republic of Kenya and the President of the Republic of Uganda through her talent. The child artist has appeared in numerous media houses for show interviews – BBC News, Fox40, and Citizen TV Kenya.

In 2019, Sheilah was recognized as the “Young Empowered Girl in Coast Region” by Coast Women Magazine. Heritage Kids Fashion invited her to give motivational talks to women in South Africa. The child prodigy Sheilah was invited to Mount Kenya Safari Club Hotel in February 2020, where she addressed over 100 visitors from the USA and completely awed everyone present there not only this, She is also the brainchild of a Civil Society Organization known as Sheilah Sheldone Arts for Social Change CBO. The community members in Mombasa support CBO to fulfill Sheilah’s dreams of helping children through creative work.

The Global Child Prodigy Awards is the first and only organization globally to recognize talents from various countries and backgrounds. having extreme competency in their field of interest such as painting, modeling, writing, entrepreneurship, martial art, music, social work, etc.
