JACK DALTON

Jack Dalton’s journey into environmental conservation began with a spark of curiosity and a heart full of compassion. From a young age, he was captivated by orangutans and their intelligence, forming a unique connection during his visits to a local zoo. That emotional bond quickly turned into advocacy when he learned about the threats orangutans face due to deforestation and palm oil use. Determined to protect his favorite animals, Jack took action, setting in motion a path that would grow into a global youth movement for conservation.

With guidance from mentors and support from his family, Jack launched “Kid Conservationist,” a platform to raise awareness and educate youth about animal conservation and environmental responsibility. Through creative content, including videos, book readings, interviews, and school presentations, he inspired audiences worldwide. Instead of letting challenges slow him down, especially during the pandemic, Jack adapted quickly, bringing his message to virtual classrooms and international conferences. His outreach expanded significantly, helping young people discover their ability to make a difference.

One of Jack’s proudest contributions is his book, Kawan the Orangutan, Lost in the Rainforest, which supports reforestation efforts with every sale. His collaborative work with environmental organizations and educators has planted thousands of trees and reached children globally. Jack’s deep commitment has led him to represent conservation causes on television and at prominent global forums. Despite a demanding academic schedule, he remains devoted to his mission, balancing sports, school, and activism with a level of discipline that speaks to his character. His goal has never changed: to protect wildlife and inspire others to care deeply about the planet.

Jack’s influence continues to ripple outward. Over the past six years, he’s addressed more than 8,000 people, raised over $40,000 for conservation, and gained more than 1.25 million views on his YouTube channel. His work empowers students to initiate projects in their own communities, like recycling programs and environmental clubs. Jack’s approach emphasizes education and empowerment—equipping young minds with the knowledge and belief that small actions matter. His initiatives stretch across borders, from local schools in New Hampshire to conservation efforts in Indonesia, proving that even the smallest voice can echo across the world.

At the heart of Jack’s mission is his belief that youth are powerful change-makers. Whether speaking at an international conference or organizing Earth Day fundraisers, Jack designs his projects to be engaging and inclusive. His storytelling, both visual and written, makes complex environmental issues accessible and memorable. Beyond awareness, his work generates real-world outcomes: reforestation, education, and community engagement. His commitment has earned him invitations to prestigious programs and acknowledgments from national and international bodies—all of which he receives with humility, always redirecting praise to the cause that started it all: saving the orangutans.

Being recognized as a Global Child Prodigy Award Winner in 2025 is an honor Jack deeply cherishes. To him, it’s not just a celebration of personal achievement, but a shared victory for young conservationists everywhere. It reinforces his belief that age is no barrier to impact. Jack hopes this recognition continues to open doors—for himself and for the planet—and remains committed to using his voice to protect wildlife and empower the next generation.
