“But in my opinion, all things in nature occur mathematically.”

Apoorva’s Love For Mathematics

The Californian Indian Apoorva of San Jose started loving maths when she was a small kid. She used to spend hours to break down a problem, pull it apart, and put it back together, in hopes of understanding what all this means. “While some people view mathematics as tedious, I view it as the favorite part of my day.”, Apoorva says.

Her exploration of mathematics began when she was 6-year-old. She wanted to find the answers to questions like, Where did that formula come from? How do the numbers work like this? Then she became interested in learning modular arithmetic. She found modular arithmetic in one of the books about numbers that she found in her school library. This caused her excitement to increase at an exponential rate, and so her journey into mathematics began.
